"ALL-EVENT" CALENDAR QUICK LESSON
1. You will access the calendar in the present month.
2. You can browse through future/past months' events by clicking on the arrows to the right or left of the present month near the top of the calendar.
3. You will access the calendar with all parish/school events visible.
4. There are seven (7) color-coded categories shown at the bottom of the calendar.
5. Rather than view all events, you can view just one of the seven categories by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the box marked CATEGORY.
6. "Details" of every event can be viewed in a "pop-up" box that will appear when you click on any event in the calendar.
