"ALL-EVENT" CALENDAR QUICK LESSON
1. You will access the calendar in the present month for all parish/school events and you can browse through future/past months' events by clicking on the arrows to the right or left of the present month near the top of the calendar.
2. There are seven color-coded categories shown at the bottom of the calendar.
3. Rather than view all events, you can view just one of the seven categories by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the box marked CATEGORY.
4. "Details" of every event can be viewed in a "pop-up" box that will appear when you click on any event in the calendar.

6. Want to receive a text reminding you of an event that appears on the calendar? Read below!
If you click on a calendar event, a pop-window opens showing you event details. In the upper-right corner is
an option to “Set Reminder”. If you want to receive a text message for that particular event, you have the option to do so at
this point and choose the amount of time prior to the event for the notification.
IMPORTANT INFO: You may select as many different
events for which to receive notification during a browsing session but each event can be set to ONLY ONE PHONE NUMBER.
If you enter two (or more)
different phone numbers to which a reminder is to be sent for an event, the last one entered overrides the other(s).
In order to set a
reminder to a second number, you must close the browser and open another new browsing session.
To set the reminder once you have selected the "Set Reminder" prompt option, enter the following (dependent on your cell service provider) into
the “email address” field: (example for a Verizon customer with a phone number of 419-948-5983 would be 4199485983@vtext.com)
